While working as an on-site Team Member, you will wear a few different hats and toggle between different job duties. You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Present a positive, friendly image to the public, and warmly greet all customers.
  • Develop and maintain memorable connections with current and potential members.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of each wash plan, while building enthusiasm and inspiring them to become members.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers.
  • Complete any other tasks given by a manager or supervisor.

Position Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Work as a member of a team in an environment where collaboration and a positive attitude are keys to driving success.
  • Self-motivated. Comfortable approaching customers and building relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and organized location. Complete necessary side-work and housekeeping items.
  • Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions.
  • Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
  • Be available to work various shifts and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
  • Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Pay Rate: $15.50-$17/hr based upon work experience, PLUS COMMISSION!
